Refund Policy 

Cancellations can be made no later than March 25th, 2022 will receive a full refund less $15 in processing charges.

After March 25th, no registration refunds will be given.

Due to uncertainty related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), 

  • Cancellation requests can be made by emailing aichencconference2022@gmail.com

  • Registration fees may be transferred to another individual at no charge up to 5 days prior to the event.
